About me
I am an ICF-accredited coach with over 20 years of global experience. My work focuses on empowering emerging talent and supporting people through important career transitions. My coaching approach is personal, practical, growth-oriented, and based on strengths-based profiling tools.
I support organisations in building a strong coaching culture, especially around talent development, onboarding, emerging leaders, and first-time managers.
My top-level and on-the-ground experience in advising boards, senior management and employees of Southeast-Asia's largest companies on sustainability strategy and communications, as wel as executing on my own businesses, gives me a uniquely holistic view on the challenges faced by companies today - as well as their solutions.
