"ธนโชติ มีกังวาน" มีประสบการณ์ในการทำกิจกรรมและออกแบบการเรียนรู้ให้กับ มหาวิทยาลัย ภาครัฐ และองค์กร มากกว่า 5 ปี ในการพัฒนาการทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมโดยการใช้กิจกรรมเป็นสื่อกลางในการเรียนรู้ ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพพร้อมกับการปรับใช้เครื่องมือทางจิตวิทยาต่าง ๆ ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเข้าใจความหลากหลายของบุคคลมากขึ้น จึงได้มีบทบาทในการดูแลและออกแบบหลักสูตรเกี่ยวกับการทำงานเป็นทีม (Team Building) และการใช้เครื่องมือทางจิตวิทยา (MBTI) ในการพัฒนาบุคลกรในองค์กรต่าง ๆ อีกมากมาย
