Seeing Innovation Opportunities

เป็นการอบรมที่เน้นการพัฒนาทักษะในการมองหาโอกาสทางนวัตกรรม

ในสถานการณ์ต่างๆ อาจมุ่งเน้นด้านต่อไปนี้

1. การทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรม:  ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าอบรมเข้าใจแนวคิดและหลักการที่เกี่ยวกับนวัตกรรม และวิธีการทำให้นวัตกรรมเกิดขึ้นในองค์กร

2. การตระหนักถึงโอกาสทางธุรกิจ:  ช่วยให้ผู้เข้าอบรมมองเห็นโอกาสทางธุรกิจที่อาจเกิดขึ้นจากการนำเสนอนวัตกรรมใหม่หรือการปรับปรุงนวัตกรรมที่มีอยู่

3. การทดลองและการวิเคราะห์:  ฝึกฝนในการทดลองและการวิเคราะห์ไอเดียใหม่ เพื่อหาวิธีการที่เหมาะสมในการนำไปใช้ในองค์กร
