One of the key tools in our presentation design method is The Pyramid Structure. The Pyramid Structure  is a simple and effective approach to designing presentations that focuses on delivering the most important information first, in a clear and concise manner. The Pyramid Structure consists of three parts: the top, middle, and bottom.

  1. The top : The top of the pyramid is the key message or the main takeaway of the presentation. This is the most important information that the audience needs to know, and it should be presented upfront in a clear and concise manner.
