To enable everyone in the organization to fully utilize the Agile Method, it is essential to understand that Agile is not merely a methodology but a mindset that everyone must adopt for effective project management. This mindset involves being open to changes that arise during the project, demonstrating flexibility in adaptation, and embracing teamwork.
The creators of the Agile approach issued a brief document known as the Agile Manifesto, which outlines four core values and twelve principles designed to guide users in adapting Agile concepts within their teams.
The operational framework of Agile is commonly referred to as the Scrum Framework, the most popular approach within Agile. Scrum is used to manage complex or rapidly changing projects by emphasizing efficient teamwork, transparent communication with tools accessible to all members, and continuous improvement within short timeframes called Sprints. This approach ensures the delivery of valuable and practical work outputs.
